PRICING

As there is no such thing as 'one size fits all' when it comes to the time required to take care of things, I offer a range of pricing options. I don't have any minimum requirements, however there is a minimum service charge of 1 hour, then time is charged in 15 minute increments.

You can take advantage of booking the odd hour or hours here and there, or purchase a bundle of hours that are valid for 30 days.

For one off or specialised business tasks or my Lifestyle Management & Personal Concierge services, once I know your requirements, I can provide you with a time estimate and offer a rate according to the time needed to complete the task.

So for Business Admin Support you don't have to buy a set package that limits the tasks I can do for you, or an on-going monthly retainer. You only have to invest in the hours that you would need to get your required tasks done. However, if it comes to light that you require the services of Ad Hoc VA on a continuous monthly basis, then we can certainly discuss and agree a monthly retainer for that.

If you have purchased a bundle, or we have agreed a monthly retainer, I will always keep you informed if you are running out of hours or if you have hours to use up by the end of the 30 day period.
