Ad Hoc VA is my first port of call when I need administrative support.  We are a small, successful, family run cleaning company but do not have an office manager or admin assistant, we just use Ad Hoc VA as and when needed and I am sure that part of our success is due to the service we receive from Ad Hoc VA.  The convenience of having this flexibility and getting things done in a professional and efficient manner, without having to have anyone on the payroll is invaluable.  Ad Hoc VA drew up our new service agreement/terms and conditions, created our website, designed our business cards, letter heads, invoice template, invoices spreadsheet, and overdue reminder notices.  We also use her on a regular monthly basis to send out invoices and reminder notices when necessary.
